What are the check-in & check-out times?
Check-in (arrival at the apartment) is from 5pm, and check-out (departure from the apartment) is by 10am at the latest.
How do I get the keys?
To give you flexibility and contactless key collection, we use code-operated key boxes. After booking, you will receive a unique code, generated automatically by our system, giving you easy access to the property.
Is parking included?
It depends on the apartment: please check each apartment's page to see whether parking is included or available as an option.
Are bath towels provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided, as well as tea towels for the kitchen.
Is cleaning included in the stay?
End-of-stay cleaning is included in every booking.
Cancellation
Unless you choose a non-refundable offer (shown before payment), bookings are fully refundable up to 7 days before your arrival.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, and in some apartments we accept them on request for an additional fee.
