Privacy policy

This translation is provided for information purposes only; only the French version is legally binding.

This policy explains what personal data Hom'issimo collects via this website and during your stays, why, and what your rights are (European Regulation 2016/679, the “GDPR”, and the French Data Protection Act, “loi Informatique et Libertés”).

Data controllers

SCI IISR (trading name “Hom'issimo”), 8 rue de Vignole, 25480 Pirey, France, is the controller of the data collected by this website and the contact form, as well as for the management of bookings it carries out as a property management service. The owner of the booked property (the host) is also a controller of the data needed to perform their rental contract (invoicing, payment). Data collected and purposes

  • Contact form: first name, last name, email, subject and message, in order to reply to you (legal basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures). Kept for 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Booking and stay: identity, contact details, dates, number of guests, payment information and any security deposit, in order to carry out your booking, send you your access details and issue your invoices (legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations: 10 years for invoices).
  • Audience measurement: pages visited and technical data (truncated IP address, browser) via Google Analytics, in order to improve the website.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.

Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible to our team and, insofar as it concerns them, to our service providers:

  • Beds24 (booking engine and booking management);
  • Stripe (payments and security deposits — your bank details are never stored by us);
  • Vercel and Neon (hosting of the website and database);
  • our email provider (sending and receiving emails);
  • Google (audience measurement);
  • Cloudflare (anti-bot protection of the contact form, via Turnstile).

Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (in particular in the United States). These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

With your consent, obtained through the banner displayed on your first visit, the website uses audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics), stored for a maximum of 13 months. Without your consent, none of these cookies are stored. Your choice is kept for 6 months in a technical cookie (“homi_cookies”), after which you will be asked again; you can change it at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page. No advertising cookies are used.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@homissimo-conciergerie.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS) and payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS certified. In the event of a data breach affecting you, we will inform you as soon as possible.
